Biometric data (Art. 9 GDPR)
Face recognition data (biometric) is processed under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR — explicit consent. Guests may withdraw consent at any time. Face vectors are used solely to match guests to their event photos.
Data retention
Event photos and guest data are deleted on the event expiry date. Billing records are retained for 10 years per French commercial law (L123-22).
